On the other side of the loft you have a Queen Mattress with extra storage space right next to the mattress. You also have your very own pink Disney TV with cable cox. Sleep in while the kids or guest(s) watch cartoons in the morning or not.

The Bamboo floors downstairs add a nice feel to your feet while walking bearfoot throught the cottage. You have a choice to open all widows and doors to experience your lovely breeze from your beachfront cottage or close all widows and doors for privacy and enjoy the unique and quaint cottage. We provide fans upstairs and down stairs to take away any noise level.

Are you ready to escape to a spectacular oceanfront view? Roberts Cottage #20 is only steps to the sand, in beautiful Oceanside California. When you visit Robert Cottage #20, you can sit and relax on the front porch and watch the beautiful sunset, or take steps to the wide sandy beach and watch it cozy up on a blanket. Beautiful sunsets year round everyday.

Do you prefer to cook your own meal? There is a full functioning kitchen, with a great large stovetop and oven. If you would rather go out to eat, there is a new steakhouse called the 333 for awesome food, and great drinks. Prefer sushi? Great new sushi restaurant just down the street, and after dinner walk right over to the movie theatre for the perfect ending to a lovely date night. Oceanside offers a wide variety of great foods for every taste buds desire.

Oceanside is known for its large sandy beaches, blue water, and great site seeing. It's important to pick the right vacation whatever you chose, location and convinence is very important. You can never go wrong choosing Roberts Cottages #20 in Oceanside, we are right on the sand! There's plenty of sun and activities to do just minutes away. The weather is great year around. Normally in the winter months you'll get alot of privacy and clean crisp air. Come and see for yourself and experience life at the beach on the strand where you can't get any closer. This picture was taken south of Roberts Cottages #20. This is a nice close walk to get to. Ruby's diner is at the end of the pier in case you get hungry or want a vanilla shake! We have a stackable washer/dryer with complimentary detergent and fabric softer, upgraded appliances, and more. Don't let this size fool you. Cottage #20 is custom designed and remodeled for comfort and accommodating. Our cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably with 2 futons down stairs, 1 twin and 1 full. We also have 2 comfortable mattresses upstairs, 1 Cal King pillow top mattress and 1 comfortable Queen Mattress. There’s plenty of storage throughout this vacation rental upstairs and downstairs to accommodate our guests who prefers a longer stay.
